Living to be 100 years old, only a few years ago, was considered a mere mathematical possibility. Suddenly the likelihood of any of us living so long has become a distinct probability. An adequate pension may require funding for significantly longer than envisaged, especially in a world where capital yields little. At the same time, pension funds are increasingly called upon to support ESG goals, designed to encourage better behavior among the companies they invest.

Most nations are sleep-walking into pension crises. S8 nations buck the trend and once again occupy the top spots in this year's Mercer CFA Institute Global Pension Index. Listen in to hear from our star-studded panel what best practice looks like and how other funds and systems can replicate their successes.
